- An ice massage can end up pretty soggy, so consider investing in a beauty tool like an ice roller or jade roller. Store your roller in the fridge or freezer for instant relief.
- Going out with friends at night and don't want to show off puffy ankles? Wear compression socks under a pair of pants during the day to keep feet and ankles from swelling, then show off your feet in a pair of sandals or heels at night.
