Plastic Surgery Recovery Shopping List

What to Buy for Plastic Surgery Recovery

How to Recover from Plastic Surgery

by Kathleen Lisson, CMT, CLT

I had reconstructive surgery on my cheekbone after a skiing accident 8 years ago and I remember how completely unprepared I was to care for myself after I was discharged from the hospital. I did all the right things with my going-to-the-hospital bag, but I didn’t realize how completely out of it I would be in the days after the surgery. I was recovering alone in my apartment and ended up surviving on several bottles of Ensure. To this day I still won’t drink the stuff.

You can do better than I did! Here are some links to cosmetic surgery patients’ guides to preparing to recover after plastic surgery:

  3. Hi there. Loose skin comes in many degrees. Pregnancy leaves many with lax skin and abdominal wall muscles. Dieting and exercise will just not tone the skin. Check out the link to know more about Tummy Tuck in the Philippines . Have a nice one!
